On 30th Nov’11 Shri Shanidham Trust organized an annual day celebration of Aashwasan Gurukul Baal Gram and Daati Sumangala Yojana launched to prohibit female foeticide under guiding vision of Mahamandaleshwar Daati Ji Maharaj. On this day Aashwasan Gurukul Baal Gram has completed its 12 years and Sumangala Yojana has completed one year. On this event many ministers, MP’s, administrative officers, legislators and many other representatives were present. All of them appreciated the social activities running under Shri Shanidham Trust. Large mass of women gathered to support this event.

CELEBRATION BEGAN WITH LIGHTING OF LAMPS. Girls of Gurukul gave warm welcome to all by singing Guru Vandana. The famous dancer group of Delhi presented Stick Dance and Blind cutting dance.
Daati Ji Maharaj interacted with mass gathered also answered to their doubts and queries regarding astrology, astronomy and planetary conjunctions. The renowned saint made India feel proud all around the world by uniting people with Science of Astrology and thanked administration and residents for giving him opportunity to serve poor people of society.
Daati Ji said, ‘ twelve years back I had kept foundation of Gurukul Aashwasan Baal Gram at my motherland Alawas, with a motive to help orphaned, unprivileged, handicapped and widows. Today every sector of society is benefitted by Aashwasan Baal Gram. My all dreams have come true! All social activities running by Shri Shanidham Trust will continue in future also.’
THIS CELEBRATION DAY BECAME A BLESSING FOR MANY POOR PEOPLE……………………………
During this event Gareeb Card was handed over to entitled nominees. Also distribution of Tri cycles to disabled and handicapped, pushcarts to make poor families independent, financial help to needy villagers was major concern of the celebration. Cheque worth one lac rupees was handed over by Daati ji Maharaj to Indira w/o Bhoor Singh Rao for his kidney operation. Financial help of twenty five thousand was extended to Widow Chhogi Devi Pukha Ram Meghwal Bhithura. Many poor people were given cash of five thousand rupees, sewing machines, wheat grains. Poor daughters received financial help for their wedding along with basic utility items for running complete house.
FORMER EDUCATION MINISTER and BHAJPA LEADER Mr. Ghanshyam Tiwari addressed the mass gathered in this event. He said, ‘All social works pursuing by Shri Shanidham Trust are for benefit of everyone. All are progressing with a motive to help needy and helpless. Daati ji Maharaj is doing a kind job by offering best education to deprived, any words sung in his appreciation will not be good enough. He added Daati Sumangala Yojana launched in Pali region is really a boon for reducing female foeticide.’
Sh. Raghuveer Meena MP of Udaipur said, ‘ The social activities running under guiding vision of Daati JI Maharaj are praise worthy. All works by Shree Shanidham Trust including free education and prohibition on female feoticide are commendable.’
Cooperative Minister Sh. Madan Dilawar said, ‘Save Girl Child campaign by Shri Shanidham Trust is rigorously promoting in society. Coming to such occasion for good cause is revitalizing. Glancing at the kids receiving education in Gurukul is solace giving.’
Distt. Collector Neeraj K. Pawan said, ‘Sumangala Yojana is a creation of Daati JI Maharaj. It’s a matter of great joy and motivation that today it has completed one year!’
